Development History

The company specializes in the development and manufacturing of high-precision gears and engine belt drive systems.

1987

Founded in 1987, the company is located at No. 15 Jingsheng Road, Qianqiao Supporting Area, Huishan Economic Development Zone, Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, with a total investment of RMB 150 million. It is a privately owned joint-stock company.

2014

Our company has been awarded the title of Outstanding Unit in the 2014–2015 National “Ankang Cup” Competition by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the State Administration of Work Safety.

2017

Wuxi Yongkaida Gear Co., Ltd. celebrates its 30th anniversary, reflecting on the company’s journey of growth and looking forward to a more dynamic and brilliant future. The company has been recognized as an Intelligent Demonstration Factory in Huishan District and an Intelligent Workshop in Wuxi City, with sales exceeding RMB 200 million.

2018

Wuxi Yongkaida Gear Co., Ltd. held the groundbreaking ceremony for its Phase III project, sharing the joy of Yongkaida’s growth and jointly witnessing the milestones of its development.

2021

In 2021, the M254 engine gear project supporting BBAC (Beijing Benz) was successfully completed. The product release review conducted by the joint Daimler quality, technical, and SD review team was passed, with the final assessment concluding that the project has achieved a rare “Industry 4.0” standard in the gear manufacturing industry—ensuring robust part traceability and fully implementing the entire production line in accordance with the German VDA 6.3 standard.

2022

Certified under the AA-level Integration of Informatization and Industrialization System, and recognized as a Specialized, Sophisticated, and Novel Small and Medium-sized Enterprise in Jiangsu Province.

2024

Certified at Level 2 in Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity and recognized as a “Little Giant” enterprise specializing in niche fields.

2025

Certified under the Energy Management System, recognized as a Green Factory in Jiangsu Province, and achieved sales exceeding RMB 300 million.

2026

Achieved Level 3 Certification in Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity
