Job Responsibilities
Responsible for milling, drilling, tapping, and other machining operations on various precision parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program and operate the machining center, completing all assigned machining tasks under the guidance of the supervisor or workshop management.
2. Operate milling machines, drilling machines, and other machining equipment in accordance with machine operating procedures and adhere to safety protocols.
3. Perform maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning of the machining center equipment to ensure its proper functioning.
4. Assist the supervisor in implementing the workshop’s production plan and ensuring timely completion of production schedules.
5. Prepare part machining progress reports and promptly submit them to the supervisor for tracking and management of project timelines.
6. Manage data collection and entry for the machining center, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all records.
7. Assist the supervisor in evaluating and improving workshop productivity, safety, and quality.
Experience Requirements:
1. Familiarity with milling, drilling, tapping, and other machining processes, with demonstrable hands-on experience.
2. Proficiency in operating and maintaining machining center equipment, with solid technical skills.
3. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit, capable of effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
4. A strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, ensuring smooth workflow.
5. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and occupational safety standards, with a high level of safety awareness.

Job Responsibilities
1. Select cutting tools and fixtures based on process drawings.
2. Perform CNC programming in accordance with equipment and process requirements, and upload the programs to the CNC machines.
3. Debug the equipment to ensure it passes the first-piece inspection before handing it over to the operators for production.
4. Complete all pre-production preparations, including machine warm-up, workstation inspections, and first- and last-piece inspections.
5. Fulfill and take responsibility for the day’s production tasks and quality issues.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant workshop experience.
- Education: High school diploma or above.
- Major: Mechanical engineering or a related field.

Job Responsibilities
1. Commissioning, programming, and maintenance of new product machines;
2. Monitoring product quality and production efficiency;
3. Assisting departmental leaders in staff allocation;
4. Supporting the management of 6S activities for employees in the assigned area;
5. Performing other tasks as assigned by management.
Experience Requirements
1. At least 3 years of experience in CNC lathe commissioning, tool setting, and manual programming;
2. Strong hands-on experience in product commissioning;
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills;
4. Proficiency in FANUC G-code programming and the ability to interpret macro programs.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in any of the following: EMAG CNC lathes, Murata CNC lathes, Fuji CNC lathes, Lawrence CNC gear hobbing machines, North Second Machine Tool CNC external grinders, or Mazak lathes.
