The company’s Chairman, Rong Zhaoming, General Manager Gu, and numerous representatives from the management team attended the event, joining the 21 trainees to mark this significant milestone in skill enhancement and professional development.

Since its commencement on July 11, this CNC programming training course has spanned one month. As a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province and a leading manufacturer of precision hardened‑tooth‑surface gears and automatic belt tensioners for passenger cars, Yongkaida has consistently placed great emphasis on cultivating technical talent. This session featured the expert guidance of Teacher Wu Honggang from Huishan Secondary Vocational School, with a curriculum closely aligned with actual production needs, covering the entire process—from foundational programming theory to hands-on field practice. Throughout the month-long systematic program, all participants demonstrated exceptional enthusiasm for learning, steadily advancing and elevating their professional skills step by step.
The graduation ceremony commenced in a vibrant atmosphere, featuring a series of segments: a showcase of training outcomes, an awards ceremony, remarks by outstanding trainees, and closing messages from company leaders. The subsequent awards ceremony brought the event to a thrilling climax, as senior executives presented honors and prizes to those who excelled in the assessments. Specifically, Li Jianghai and Zhang Yu were awarded first prize for their exceptional performance; Zhu Beiyi, Ge Shanming, and Li Wentao received second prize; Li Jiayi, Lu Wentao, and four other trainees earned third prize; and Chen Luxiang, along with eight additional participants, was recognized with a participation award. The award presenters extended warm congratulations to the winners and encouraged everyone to translate their newly acquired skills into tangible productivity.
During the remarks session by outstanding trainees, Zhang Yu, the first-prize winner, took the stage to share his insights on learning and reflections on personal growth.
