The company hosted the 2017 “Yongkaida Cup” Firefighting Competition.

To enhance employees’ emergency response and disaster relief capabilities and familiarize them with the use of the company’s mobile dry powder fire extinguishers, the company held a firefighting skills competition on December 12 along the central avenue of the factory premises. A total of 16 teams representing various workshops and departments took part in the event. Each team fielded three employees, and the final scores were determined by the cumulative time taken to complete all events, with rankings decided based on the order of completion. Prior to the competition, Rong Rong, a safety officer from the Power Equipment Department, provided a detailed explanation and demonstration of the competition procedures and key points for avoiding point deductions. 　　Under the biting cold wind, after nearly an hour of intense competition, the Team from Workshop One, Class One emerged as the champion in the men’s category; the Power and Quality Assurance Combined Team took second place, and the Team from Workshop One, Class Two secured third. In the women’s category, the Team from Workshop One, Group One claimed victory, with the Team from Workshop One, Group Two finishing second and the Departmental Team coming in third; the remaining teams were awarded consolation prizes.
